Hi Danger,

We registered our home (Plot 7 Phase I) yesterday in San Pedro del Pinatar notary office, at least.

We´ve decided to register before the habitation licence because we wouñd like to spend the summer holiday there and we need one month to buy furnitures, lamps, etc...

The only problem we´ve found in the visit is that the white good wasn´t  installed, Yolanda told us they need to installed before registering the property, may be today or tomorrow. I´ll check it by phone.

The quality of the house was according to our expectation, quite good, we found several failures mainly in painting.

Swimming pool is not finished yet but I think in two weeks the commun areas will be finished, there was a lot of people working in the site.

We stayed at Hotel Playa Terreros , a smal new hotel very close to the site and two hundred meters away from the beach. Nice stay.

Hi,

we´ve visited San Juan last saturday because we´ve changed from Phase IV to a reselled house in Fase I, Plot 7.

The Phase I is ready to register in may or june, Patricia offered us to register on the 2nd may but it´s to earlier for us so we´ve delayed to the 2nd of june.

From my point of view it´s soon to register on may because the green area, pools and streets are not finished yet, Patricia feels comfortable to finished them in April, this is the reason´we´ve delayed to june to register.

Hi,

You could do a mortgage in another currency, like japanese yen,to avoid the euro/pund exchange rate.

I´m wondering this option because the interest rate is lower than Spain and I live here so the pound exchange rate is not a problem.

Hi,

I´ve bought in Phase VI no73 and I like very much diving so I was wondering if anyone likes too. I ´ve diving a lot in Aguilas, Mazarrón and Almeria but I need more divers to explore new areas over there, of course, if the houses are delivered on time!!!
