No, I am sure none of us agents on here 'graduated' from the time share school. I certainly have never had anything to do with timeshare.

In actual fact I graduated from Leeds Uni with a 2:1 LLB with Hons and attained my LPC from the College of Law in Chester so there matey, I was offered my trainee post at Walker Morris but due to personal reasons had to stop the studies.

I moved to Spain for a quieter pace of life (ha, little did I know)

I think if you read all our posts back and forth, you will see we actually mock the sharkish agents and us lot in here are unanimously and conclusively against their practices.

No ladies, Fibby or Janice – I for one do not finish at 4.30, en contraire, I was working away and can’t be on here all day, although chatting away is good fun. Just finishing up my day now actually – hey girls I thought you were on our side.

We invited clients – sellers and buyers alike to respond to our stories but NOT for you, haydngi to come on here with a personal vendetta, tarnishing us all with the same brush. As the thread clearly states, “Agents – get it off your chest”

This is our time so unless you have something constructive to say, kindly remove yourself from our agents thread…………….Justin?????!!!!!!!!

Am confident Rixxy, Gillespie and the others who have been enjoying our threads all day will back me up here.

Yeah Rixxy, I definitely think we should let Janice & Fibby stay cause they're really nice and support us

Oh I know I do not get any strategy that proclaims 6,000 properties - that makes the market look even worse and you're right, makes the company look like they can't sell. Don't get me started on the 2% building blocks to represent their slash in commission that have obviously now gone. What makes me absolutely cringe is companies offering i-pod shuffles for viewing with them and free spa etc, do buyers not see straight through it. Surely it's the service that's more important???

Also from a buyer's perspective it's like looking through a jumble sale, they get totally confused....we have had clients that have been out with other agents just showing them loads of crap, one client viewed over 60 propeties before they met us and we showed them 2 and cause we listened to them, they bought!! The method works and everyone's happy.

The boys have gone quiet on us, it's girls afternoon in!
