Hi Mike

I also have bought in La Tercia around April 2006. Just like others I asked to have my money back and was told by my solicitor that the only way I would reveive all my money back was to sell the property. I was told if I  was to pull out of the contract I would only get back a small amount. After reading what you have done with the Notorial demand I would like to try and do the same. Im very unhappy at the way Ive been treated by every party.

Can you please give me the details of the way you went about with the refund and who you contacted.
