Or, you can go to the website of Metrovacesa and see the availability of apartments. We bought our penthouse via Bromley Estates.
The development contains about 35 apartments with 2 bath en 2 bedrooms, terrace, kitchen, laundryroom.. We have a penthouse so we also have a BBQ on our terrace. There is also a pool, and you overlook the river and mountains.
As we are a young couple with 2 kids, we don't hope it would turn soon into a complete senior retirement development :-)
We were the first ones to move in (holiday home) and we saw some other owners and they were also our age. Think it will be a mix of young and older couples, holiday and permanent residents.
There are a lot of stairs in the complex, but there are also elevators. Undergroud parkingspace & storageroom. When you want to go to the village, it's probably best to take the car (or bike if you love this). It's quite far to walk to village itself.
