You can have as many units as you like if you don´t mind having the outdoor units on your roof terrace / building façade.

The A/C technician SUGGESTED to me 1 in the lounge/diner and 1 in each bedroom

Using the A/C is completely relevant to how hot you think it is and when you are actually IN the property.  July and Aug are the really hot months and if you use the window blinds, as the Spanish do, to keep the sun out, you´ll end up using less  A/C.

 

Answer for Beaumaris

ALL 3 outdoor units can be fitted to the OUTSIDE wall of the penthouse terrace.  The penthouse owner won´t actually see the units.

There are 4 different brands (Fujitsu has 3 different models)

Price include installation but NOT I.V.A

Fujitsu / Mitsubishi - these prices can be less because at the moment they are for units which will be connected UP to the roof terraces of the 2bed townhouses. 

Orbegozo / LG - these units have the outdoor box fixed to the patio wall and on the front façade of the townhouse

This is the total price to connect the pre-installation (installation and I.V.A included)
