Oooops Cath so the couple of months quoted is quite far off then. I think that we will still come over and may end up renting for that time, need a break now!!! Do you use your as rental or permenant stay???

Has anyone purchased an apartment via Blue Med Invest, if so how long from viewing to completion did it take? The company told me that I would have had completion in 2 months, but two months have now elapsed and still waiting?? I have booked to come out in July and really begining to worry now. Help!!

Hi all, I am in the final process of purchasing a first floor apartment on Los Naranjos on Condado, mve out y long term plan will be to move out for the winter months and returing to Wales for the summer, however, in the meantime before I retire I plan to let the apartment on a holiday basis, does anyone know of the best letting agents to list with, some apts seem full whilst others don't get a look in??
