We have a deposit on Bloque 7. Developer is saying it's complete and their bank is chasing us to start mortgage proceedings with them.

There is no certificate of first habitation and our solicitor is advising us to sue. He is presenting more than one case to court this month.

We await outcome before deciding our action. We have other complications (unexpected health problem). Without this I guess we'd also have taken the longterm view like yourselves.
