Does anyone know whether we can execute our bank guarantees after 18months? If so, how long will it take to get our money back?

Hi,

We were recommended to use Fuster & co. by parador and we haven't seen proof of the bank guarantees but have been told that they are in possession of them. Hope this helps.

Hi all,

My husband and I put a deposit down on an apartment in May 2005. We were told that in March 2006 that the builders would get their building license but from what I've heard on the forum this is still not the case. Our property was supposed to have been ready for completion Jan 2007 but this will not happen. We have been told by our solicitor that we cannot get our deposit back until they don't fulfill the contract i.e. not complete by June 2007 (6months grace). We now want out and if possible would like to get our money back sooner, does anyone know if this is possible??? Appreciate any advice.
