I have now booked to visit Spain on 25th November and have had some useful info from people on this board. Thankk you.

Before I  visit am after the lastest on the license as my husband thinks it would be best to wait until this has been granted even if it costs us a bit more. I do not really know what would be best so any any help would be great. Thank you. EJS.

Thanks again for all the info you sent - excellent info and plans. We are really looking forward to our visit soon depending on my hubby getting some flights. Fingers crossed it will be in next few weeks. We have arranged to visit with our agents friends who we will be staying with in torrjeveja and will let you know our decision on our reeturn.

Thanks all-will look into apartments/townhouses as all we can really budget for? Would luv a villa though! Will contact agent my friends used and even Ambsun then compare to Sanjose to get best price. Fingers crossed. Thanks again.

My partner and I are interested in Jumilla and had read about it in a magazine and have met with our friends agent who sells this but the price seems good for an apartment or quad house but as this would be a holday home we are not sure which would be best? Would love a villa but can't manage this unfortiunately! Any thoughts on the best property and whether to buy now or once development is started to be built?
