Thanks for all your replies! We'll certainly look out for the air-con drainage lines. We're on top floor of block 7 so it'll be fun when we start to lug furniture up and the lift isn't big enough eh! A friend told me to take a light bulb along to test every light socket when snagging. Something worth thinking about...

Hi Mark. We're going over to complete on La Isla on 19th August and then planning to buy quite a lot of the big items such as beds, sofas etc from Ikea which is about 20 mins away on the way to Murcia. My friend bought his apt last year on La Torre and said he would recommend Ikea everytime. They were prompt at delivering and very helpful! Also, I've been told to look for a furniture retailer called 'Casa' which is also reasonable. I'm interested to see how u get on with Amazon tho.
