Once again, we have not been informed about a community meeting, and the ones we do get told about is usually a few days before it is due to happen, therefore to late to travel from England to attend.  Does anyone else have this problem?  I am wondering if it is a bit of a tactic so they do not have to answer our questions!

Maybe if P60 gave us some sort of response to questions and dealt with some of the issues owners would not feel the need to verbally attack them!  It does appear that they have not helped themselves in the past, although things do appear to be improving slightly now!

We have just returned from a very hot 2 weeks at our apartment.  The builders were there pretty much every day Mon - Fri for the 2 weeks we were there.  There was very little noise and they didn't disturb us at all. We spent a fair bit of time on our terrace and managed to stay dust free.  It has to be said that we couldn't really work out what the builders were doing, although it looked to us that the building work was continuing rather than it being rectified.

As a matter of interest a local informed us that Afos have a bad name and are extremely slow at building.  If they are continuing with the build it could go on for a few years yet!

I have since been back out to Princess Park and can confirm that the lifts in Block 7 are now working.

I have recently been back out to Princess Park and noticed that one of the roof tiles had come off and slid down onto the patio and smashed, luckily it fell on the terrace and not the path or road.  Our apartment is in an elevated position and from the terrace we can see that several roof tiles have come off other blocks aswell. 

There are 2 problems with this:

1.  Can the occasional torrential rain get in?

2.  Some roof tiles have fallen onto lower roofs and are sitting loose, if the wind gets up it is likely that further tiles will come off and the already loose tiles are likely to move.  There is a real risk that these tiles could fall onto somebody!

It appears that the roof tiles are another example of the poor workmanship of the developers.  I am still wondering where the high specification apartment is that we were promised!

Another area that jointly we need to take to P60 etc.
