Hi all,

it seems that the problem stems from a wrongly connected lamp or such by yours truly... This was highly strange since we did it in the middle of the night, without electricity, different coloring of the cables than what I am used to, and six hours before heading to our morning flight back home to Sweden... How could it go wrong! 

Hope you all have had better fortunes fixing your flats!

Maybe we will all have tatoos in the back of our necks stating which phase we belong to? You know, a bit like the bishops in England?? (Or so I was taught by the dear Python bunch...)

Jokes aside, I'm with Eoin in this case since my wife and me have the apartment C in block 5 (ground floor) and will thus have 20 or so metres to walk to a DJ2 pool.

Yeah, I will definetly use the DJ1 pool situated in the other end of the premise...

Hi all,

We haven't been checking in to the forum lately so it was quite disturbing news to read what with the community matters and all... On another note, we still have problems with our electricity, is this something any of you have experienced as well??

We got our apartment in the middle of September, but without electricity! Now at that point in time all the electricity was down, but now there is electricity available but our apartment has a problem with it! Since we aren't in Spain we cannot investigate ourselves, but we have a friend who helps us by keeping in contact with our (lousy) lawyer firm who is supposed to take care of the utilities for us.

Apparently there is an electrician running around in the neighbourhood so we figured there might be others that are affected as well?

Sigh... It feels like it is always a week or two from completion, regardless of when people get hold of the developers! We are actually leaving Sweden's dastardly weather in two weeks to come down for our holiday. Our plan was of course to spend it in our apartment, but alas, 'twas not to be. However, we are very keen to see our apartment and the rest of the area so that will be very nice! 

Does anyone have any tips how we could get in touch with the Developer for a meeting? We would like to talk with them first hand and see what's going on. We have asked our solicitor to arrange a meeting, but haven't received any answer yet so we thought to ask you guys too.

By the way, this forum is a life-saver when it comes to getting some news! We are constantly in here checking for updated information, since we hardly have any from our dear solicitor or anyone else. So thank you all for the work you put in when it comes to keeping us updated with info! And fingers crossed for getting the licence as soon as possible!
