We have purchased No. 99.   September/October was the estimated time for completion but it looks more like November/December.   What number are you?

We were last there a few weeks ago.   We love the peacefulness of the area and the fact that we are facing the groves - hopefully they will remain!!!.  We are hoping one or two more restaurants/bars open in Formentera in the future and maybe a supermarket?   Any news on any such developments?     We will be heading over when we get word of completion.  Bye for now and hopefully will meet for a drink when we are all settled in????

Hi neighbours.   We have also purchased in Letizia IV.   Has anybody any idea when completion of phase 3 is due?   Did you hear about a supermarket or other new shop units/restaurants/bars opening in Formentera as we only found one Spanish restaurant although it was lovely and very traditional.   By the way anybody from Ireland who has bought in Letizia as we are from Wexford.
