Hi we have no regrets about purchasing our quad on phase2. As in the other reply the community charges are far to high, hopefully this will be sorted at the next AGM. All the people we have met have been friendly and helpful. Go for it.

Just had a email from one of the residents at La Canada, and yet again we have had another break which is a bungalow.
The couple were having something to eat upstairs, but had left their door open, passports, etc were taken.

Will keep you updated via you private email, if I do get a response. We are over again end September if the pool is in the same state we will go to Quara offices and complain.

Email has now been sent to Quara, to the sales dept. and also Lourdes with regards to the state of the pool.
A response is now awaited, although Lourdes is on holiday until 20th August.
