Just for the ref for ppl finding such information here or elsewhere I.e. fb.. theres no real solid information that we can obtain at this point.

I guess it's more of a self interest thing to share info requested but that seems to be lacking highly. 

 

For the benefit of the wider community looking for such info like me if I find something ill share it here.

Pad, can you kindly share the link. There are multiple condado fb pages and scanning through them I don't see any information that am after. Maybe looking at the wrong place. 

Also when you Google condado the first few results do come from this site. So maybe people should start using this site more just to share info but that's only a thought.

Hello All,

I am new to this forum and had some questions on buying a property on CDA. I see there are similar such questions posted on here but with no answers. So this is a request to all you guys who already live there to share your experiences good and bad so it'll help me and many others like me to make an informed decision to either buy on CDA or not. And you guys who have already bought and have the experience of being there are in the best position to advice when compared to estate agents and what not.

 

So please take some time and share your stories your experiences. Maybe also add a point or two on any nasty surprises you've had after moving. Or maybe you didn't think of a thing or two well into the process or after moving.

Costs are the other important part. Not just purchase and additional costs but also the monthly Costs like how much you pay for the ibi tax, communal fees,water,electricity. Etc etc.

I suppose this can be a post/thread suitable for every future wanderer thinking of buying on CDA and the replies will be a huge benefit and taken into consideration and be highly appreciated.

So thank you once again for your time and replies.
