Huma, ( 'Senor Subiela & Family), are a bunch of gangsters! They always seem to be one step ahead of us with their cons. People living their have since found out that the water company 'Aquagest', are in with Huma, so guess where the money for the water bills are going, and why they are so high! That guy is not broke, just bent as a 'nine bob note'.
