We too live here full time, although dont own - we rent - but can also confirm that yes, July & August is busier but we too have never had a problem with the noise, apart from two lots of holiday rentals next door whereby a suitable word of advice solved the problem with one, the other related to screaming kids - but that can happen any time of the year!!

The swimming pool mentioned was exactly that - child - cant be helped, and at the end of the day there are five pools here to choose from so wheres the issue??!!

The gardeners and maintenance guys are all on the ball, and the security guys do a good job too. Now the blocks are gradually all being painted its looking better and better.

There will always be negatives to anywhere, nowhere is perfect, but here is lovely.

If you need honest reliable comments to year-round issues speak to people who are here permanently, where the temps are reliable and sunshine is guaranteed for months not a few days here and there!!!

The other problem with these seats is the fixings which are non-standard. One of the fixings on ours broke so we went to the plumbing place on the industrial poligono at Estepona, they only sold them in pairs which was expensive but we tried everywhere else and no-one had anything like. We ended up "fudging" it but its held strong so fingers crossed. As a last resort though they may be able to help.

Well said!!! The sad thing is the offending dog owners will now be laughing, someone else is clearing up after their dogs. I contacted AEA about this and they said they were writing to all the owners - but what about long-term renters??? who is contacting them??

As a dog lover and previous owner I could never ever leave anything my dogs produced - some people have no shame

In relation to the feral dogs, I messaged the AEA and here is the reply I got today, so hopefully that part of the problem will soon be sorted, and as for people who live here not picking up after their dogs, keep on at AEA naming the offender(s) - if they keep getting messages they will hopefully write to them and take action??
