so the caja cam own the site now that the developers are missing? am I right?

the chances of the banks paying more money in to the site at the current climate are very slim, isnt it?

it would definitely help the local economy if they could resume building but I fear it would be hard to get the confidence of another large group of clients unless there was a definate guarantee that they start work on the community areas immediately, as the project needs that.

anyway, on with the current problem of getting the money back for the fincaparcs action group

so as we depart 2009 without any further commitment from finca parcs and all who work for her, are we left with court action for 2010?

Can anybody convince me we are getting our money back or there is moves afoot to get our money back?

well i suppose it had to happen, the outlook looks bleak enough for the parks and its investors now.

is this the start of the end  -the fincaparks official website has closed down i guess no one is about to finance the webpage .

does anyone know if Gill daughter and her family got their deposits back, if not have they joined any action group ?

 

If they did get their deposit back - are they in a position to let us know how to best proceed.
