Thousands of unsold properties and yet more are being built?

Perhaps worth mentioning to the unemployed of Spain, that Spain is back in business this is what Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy had to say.

"Spain emerged from two years of recession late this summer, but faces a long period of more austerity and painful adjustments before it can regain its footing and put most of its 6 million unemployed back to work, Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy said on Monday."

Agree with you M11 block, perhaps when Spain deal`s with all the corrupt builders / bank officials / politicians then they maybe back in business. I won`t hold my breath though.

To get a taxi from Cartagena Murcia airport costs approximately €35, for the trains check out the renfe website.

Probably cheaper to get train from Cartagana to Balsicas train station , then taxi from outside Balsicas train station to San Javier .

Joe 1,

You can pick up tickets at the ticket office at the ground on the day, opening times depends on kick off times. If you want to be in with the atmosphere go for the Fondo Norte tickets 20  Euro, if you want to sit along the touch line tickets are 30 Euro.

You can park on the Neuvo Condimonia shopping centre for free, but for a reasonably quick get away after the game you can park just away from the ground on the open land.

Only soft drink on sale inside ground no beer, outside you can purchase drinks, food , etc. You cannot take plastic bottles in with caps on, security on the gate will stop you to take these off.

Other than that, don`t expect to many goals, the last couple of games we watched Murcia could not hit a barn door. It is all about the afternoon out, and mingling with the Spainish supporters.

Enjoy the game.

I freely admit I don't understand what's going on in the eurozone with the economic crisis. I know Greece, Italy, Ireland, Portugal and to some extent Spain are in trouble financially.

Please can someone IN LAYMAN'S TERMS explain the situation to me. What would / will happen if the Euro "Fails"

I'd also like to know how the crisis may affect the following, the value of my property in Spain, the Spanish mortgage and repayments. And finally the cost of living in Spain?

Thanks
