Hi,

We're considering buying an off plan apartment through an estate agent called IA Procon (I believe they also operate under the name of Sun-Spain Mediterraneo), and would be very interested in hearing about good or bad experiences with this company... You hear a lot of things, and I just wanted to check it out a bit, before we make our leap of faith ...

Also I made a post in the Spanish Lawyers section concerning Euro Abogados, if you know anything about them...

Hi, I'd like to hear if any of you pros have any experience with a Spanich lawfirm called Euro Abogados in Torrevieja. We're considering letting them handle our off plan purchance, but before we do that we'd like to know, if this is a serious company...
