Returned 2 weeks ago......how does it go....the rain in spain......

Several issues...

Block B.......entrance door cannot be locked

Entrance gate....automation through intercom does not work.....plus both intercom systems...ie Block B entrance door and the external gate

Had to dismantle a chimney stack on the penthouse due to the incessant noise........nobody could sleep......I reported my misdemeanour to Luigi....I think he dismissed it with atypical shrug of the shoulders.

The water supply became intermittant and finally died towards the end of the week.....informed Aguagest about the problem.

Apart from these everything is fine......could do with a few more residents......at times it appears to be derilect

Will be returning in the next 2 weeks

If you are in blocks A-D (old 1-4) and on the 2nd floor/penthouse please be aware that the chinmey pots are not secure. Any amount of breeze is simulated as a constant loud banging, especially at night and it is sufficient to keep people awake! The builders are aware of this situation however the logisitcs of securing over 100 chimney stacks is something that they are not keen to undertake unless personally contacted!

To date I think that i am the only one that has had the 5 sections of the 2 stacks cemented and can assure that the noise is irradicated. My advice would be to contact the builders (Raul) as soon as possible whilst demand is low.
