H i all

We are also in aggrement we have also lost our 900 eurosbut it will be good to finnaly get rid of idearco they have held the site up by over a year.At least we will be able to get all the areas cleaned and be on our own water and electric asap .Good work carol you have our full support.

Hi all

Ihave recived an email from the administrator in this he says that there should be no problem with the water it will cost us around 250 euros to get connected the problem is with the electric the installers are owed over 80 000 euros plus the last 3 electric bills are un paid around 7000 euros all togeather  we will find out more after the meeting tomorrow

Hi all

Just got back from vegamar today,builders were still working when we left this morning.

The road is not finished yet and the communal areas could do with a good clean

Spoke to our solicitor about the situation with idearco she did not seem that bothered she said that as we had paid the 900 euros we would be connected to the water and the electric as this was in the intrest of the builder

We have got our date for the notary it is the 16th october could anyone tell us what experiences they went through when moving in
