Thanks for update.

We actually picked up the title deeds to the house last week - 1 year after we took possession, and as a nice surprise, there was a bit of money returned to us from the solicitor too.

Re balustrading for swimming pool - I didn't receive that update e-mail from the president. I hear some nasty rumours that the builders may not be putting balustrading around the pool at all though. Do you have any more info.

What do you think about getting Ian (President) to issue a list of names and house numbers which they live at, just so we can all say hello to one another - Obviously I don't know which house number you are at etc.

We moved in a year ago (last June) and have used as a holiday home since. We did accept the keys without the urbanisation being finished, but we felt we would rather not wait any longer and are now glad we did.

We have really enjoyed our regular trips, even tho there has been no pool as yet. We hear all the tales of burglaries and quite honestly I think it is quite bad, but you just have to be as vigilant as you would be at home and carry your passport around with you. That said, we havent been broken into yet (FIngers crossed)

The builder assures us that the whole thing will be finished this month. I assume it will be as it has been handed over to the community now and the builder is moving onto his next plot of land - which is only 100yds down the road, so you can still get hold of them.

We are waiting to meet a couple of our neighbours attached to our quad who havent moved in yet - I bet it could be you AJP!

we also bought on Zodiaco Beach IV due for completion Dec 2005 or Jan 2006. We finally got the keys at the end of June but really had to push the builder to get them.
We face the wider road, they told us that the other houses in our quad would not be released till around September because the small road on the other side would not have the water pipes laid till then because of the construction. Have you heard any more since?
