Hi there

The difference in the price seems to relate to whether you get a Company guarantee or Bank guarantee in your contract. Under the Bank guarantee the money is held by La Caixa and is deemed to be safer whereas under the terms of the Company guarantee any redress would have to be against the builder/developer.
