We have just picked up on your comments re Plus advisors. We were using Plus Advisors to process our purchase,  but the developer was late completing construction by about two years and the world entered the credit crunch and we were unable to complete. We are now trying to get some info out of Plus advisors but cannot get a reply regarding making attempts to get our deposit back. 

Interested to hear if you have made any progress.
