Hi! I'm pretty new to the forum scene. I live near Sotogrande, and have a friend who is purchaing on the site. I went down to have a look at the progress for him, and I have to say it is a very impressive building! I managed to have a look in one of the ground floor apartments (before being ushered off site by some less than friendly builders).
