Hello, I am a new site user.

I am being questioned by an agent as to my motivations to purchase a property in Valencia Province (Torreblanca). Whilst I will make use of the property as frequently as possible from the UK I would also like to let it during the down time, as a seasonal rental, not shorter than 2 weeks per time. From my understanding this seems like something that the community does not have a say on, not requiring a touristic license, although it is requiring a registration.

Am I contravening any laws by pursuing this approach?
