The apartment are up to a satisfactory level to complete in my view and i don't think it would be enough of a reason to not complete in regards to get a return of your deposit. You will lose 100% of deposit if you don't eventually complete. I am yet to receive formal notification that the property is complete but as they have the Habitat Licence & their Bank Caja Rural has advise me to complete i guess i have a decision to make. As for coming after any funds that you might have in the UK i find this hard to believe as it should just be your deposit that you lose & nothing else. But im no Lawyer so i cant be 100% sure.

LOS appear to be doing a good job, and appear to be just informing us of what has been happening. Although they are a little slow, but i guess that's the Spanish way. Im yet to complete on my purchase as im a little concerned that other people wont be completing & thus their will be little to no maintenance done on the development. I doubt the developer could come for any of your funds here in the Uk as you would just lose your deposit. It would be nice to know of how many people will be completing purchase but id say most would of been investors thus may not be able to complete. I do still expect to complete but not before knowing what is 100% happening. If you here of any news you can call me on 07739384470 Cossy.
