We have purchased in Phase M4 but have not completed. We were at Frondoso last week and there are a lot of properties vacant.

The Solictor has advised they could refuse to pay out on the bank guarantee, although we were assured whenever we purchased our money (excluding deposit) would be safe.

How are you or anyone else getting on in this procedure?
