 Hi to you all,

We're considering to buy something in Spain, one of the options is to buy an appart in the Coto Real Duquesa. Probably some of the actual owners can provide interesting input. You love your appart? Are there some itfalls to take care off? Are you pleased you bought an appart in the building? What do you recommend, lower floors, penthouses? What about the general monthly costs, taken into account that there is security? All feedback is welcome ... and perhaps I can buy you a beer soon ...:-)

Cheers

Chris
