Has anyone got any further updates or information on Phase III, like how are they getting on with the building work? Is they any chance for completion in March?

Are all the apartments in phase 2 complete and people moved in or are some still waiting for occupational licences?
Do you know whether all the units in phase 3 have been sold? If not are many left and what price are they going for?

Thanks for the update. Do you think they will manage to get them completed by the end of February? If they get them finished what are the chances of getting the occupational license? I understand owners of DJ2 have still not received theirs after a number of years of waiting.

Hi,
Sorry everyone I do mean completion 2008. Although the probability is likely to be 2009. Our solicitor told us that the bank guarantee expires 6 months after November so any monies to claim back would need to be done before it expires. Does anyone know if this is true? I will be emailing our Solicitor tomorrow for clarification on all the points raised . Thank you very much for all the replies.

Hi, Does anyone know if it is possible to pull out of phase 3 at this stage? How do we stand legally? We bought a ground floor apartment in November 2006 from ADH and was told completion would be November 2009, the problem we have like the rest of you is if it isn't finished in time are you suppose to just wait and wait until the developers decide to finish, or is they something we could all do together. Thanks for any advice. Claire
