Would appreciate anyone posting a reply to let me know expected time of completion on block2 - thanks.  We've been told 15 Jan but heard nothing, neither has our solicitor!  Could someone in the know also clarify situation with pool and grounds, we've been told likely time of that being completed is Aug/Sept - great!! (holidaying without a pool isn't quite the same).  Are we expected to pay the reamining balance on the apt if the pool/grounds aren't completed - doesn't sound right if we are because the complex isn't fully functional.  Any update would be appreciated.

We've also been told legally we haven't a leg to stand out with the wardrobe situation, if anyone knows any different would appreciate your advice.  Is it worth us mentioning it to our solicitor too?

Thaks for those encouaging words.  Do you know situation with pool and grounds, when are these supposed to be finished, at the time of block 2?

Gosh all these break in's and squatters sounds worrying.  When block 2 is completed is the builder responsible for ensuring adequate security to grounds/premises eg locked gates, doors to buildings/pool area or is the community (when established) supposed to sort all this out?  We're due to complete on block 2 hopefully in near future so any advice on what we need to purchase to secure our apartment eg grills/shutters would be helpful or does the builder - as part of package - put these on each apartment or not?  Thanks.

Hi - Does anybody know what the likely date for completion is on block 2? My husband and I have been told Dec 06 (we've booked to come out in Feb 07 so we're hoping so!).  Keen to hear off anyone if you have any tips you might want to give us because after reading lots of comments from tenants in block 1 it's made me slightly jittery especially over all the security problems and spec of apartments eg no wardrobes being fitted when plans indicate there should be some!  Plus generally - for those who have moved into block 1 - what your experiences have been like - are you enjoying the apartments and area?  Thanks - look forward to hearing from you.
