As with any new developments, burglaries are very common. The thieves lie in wait watching the houses and wait for an oppertunity. Make sure you pull shutters down when out and you can buy clips for the shutters so that they cannot be forced up. Shut all windows when you are not in that particular room and obviously an alarm (although not everyone takes notice of alarms)

If you are prepared, burglaries can happen. Unfortunately people do become complacent when in a foreign country, especially holiday makers. If renting out, make sure that you point out the security aspect. It will save a lot of money and worry in the end.

Hi,

I am buying a house on the Entre Golf development and I was just wondering has anyone thought of looking into who will manage their property whilst away. I am thinking of renting my place out and would like to start getting some ideas of prices.
