We have just completed on an apartment at El Oasis and think its the best thing we have done.  The community is now up and running with lots of new neighbours, apartments seem to be getting sold daily!  It might be a bit quiet at the moment - wait till the holidays begin!  I can only see this area becoming better and better!

Hi. Just want to pick your brains. Did everyone transfer their mortgage payment to their Spanish bank account direct from their U.K. Bank  or via another company?  Just trying to find out how to get the best transfer rate of exchange!  Thank you for your help

Hi will took a quick peek at the El Oasis apartments and were impressed when we visited while on holiday in October this year.  We have just booked to visit and stay for 2 nights in December to hopefully put a deposit down on one.

 

I am interested in anyone that has purchased one what you went for - ground 1st floor corner etc and if you sorted finance out in Uk or  went for a Spanish Mortgage.  We are thinking that the pound will hopefully increase in the next few years and so may be more beneficial to take out a spanish mortgage and would like to pick your brains on what this process is like.
