Dear All,

My name is Caroline Britain and I'm just in the final stages of purchasing a property, Key in hand, at Arco Mediterranneo IX.

My husband and two of my friends and I were supposed to be buying off plan apartments on the next phase, which is across the road. However, we were let down badly and very disappointed that the apartments we had bought, which were due for completion in December 2008, had not been worked upon since September and were left as the concrete skeleton that you still see today.

Were it not for Ole International, our agents, we would be none the wiser, but as it stands today we have been able to transfer our deposits over to 2 apartments available in the completed phase. The whole process has been more stressful than I imagined and we hope to be over at Easter 09 to sort out the final details.

I hope that the community that we will soon be familiar with, is a good one, with nice neighbours who we hope to become friends eventually! Any advice that anyone can give me regarding moving in, would be most welcome.
