Hello Julia, lovely to hear of someone else who has bought on Marjal Beach.  We have an apartment in Block 2 which is ready and we are just awaiting the Habitation Licence before completing.  Which block are you in?  Have you completed yet?  I agree with you, Guardamar is a lovely town and we just can't wait to start holidaying out there.  Best wishes, Carol
