Pray tell me Faro, what makes you think I'm here for an SEO free ride when your page rank on this thread is "0" ?

Besides, for my SEO work I only deal with PR4 and above so I think you're sadly mistaken.

If you're interested in quality backlinks of PR5 and above, let me know and I'll consider it.

The mind boggles.

As far as I'm concerned,if anyone is prepared to spend a substantial amount on a property then doing the legwork that will save a small fortune shouldn't be much to ask.

I live by a certain doctrine and if you read my article on Canary Islands estate agents at "no link accepted in post", which is applicable to all others, then you'll grasp where I'm coming from.

This message board sucks as it doesn't allow links.Come on guys, which decade are you living in,get the link issue sorted out so that members can contribute fully.

Gusanete is probably just another freeloader agent and however he/she tries to sound honest and well meaning, you'd be better off avoiding these type of people like the plague.

Jeez, don't these people have proper jobs.

I heard there were some jobs going at Tesco stacking shelves so no excuses there to those "agents" out there.

Sadly in some cases that's already happening.

Thanks for reminding me about that amigo.

I totally agree with you on this one Faro.

When all was well with prices I don't remember owners being too kind to buyers who were struggling to come up with the funds.

As with most investments,it's in the small print ie: "The price can go up as well as down".

With reference to Otivar2010,that's the way it should be done,my hats off to you.

One thing though that is often omitted in the research when buying property is a simple caution:

Property = No Liquidity, so if you're not in it for the long term and think you can just opt out when things go wrong................

Think Again..
