Hi

Can anyone advise on how to pay the IBI (think thats what it is called) tax online?  (One off payment per year - for us it was around 200euros last year)

Last year we found out about it late in the year and couldnt work out how to pay it online.  When we were in Spain in October we had to pay it in cash into a branch of CAM bank. 

We would like to set up the payment online so that it is paid automatically and we dont need to worry about it in future! 

Any help / advice appreciated.

I hope everyone is well.  Looking forward to bumping into some of you over the summer in Frondoso!

Following the recent meeting, we were wondering if everyone had received notification of the monthly community charge?  

We have been informed that everyone has been requested to pay 3 months charge in advance  now (June-July-August) so we don´t have problems with the water and electricity during the Summer months and we can keep the pools up and running.

I know we are in M2 phase and the fees will differ from property to property, but we wanted to check that everyone had received the same information.

Glad to hear you got home safely.  We didn't get a chance to say goodbye on Friday - it was really good to meet you all last week.  Thanks for lending us the spades - we managed to get the garden sorted out a bit on our last day!

Which furniture store did you use?  We are about to complete on M2 and were planning on going to IKEA as we have found the furniture packages on offer from Murcia Furniture too expensive.  It would be good to know about other options.

Hi

We are about to complete on our apartment in M2 and planning on coming out for our first stay in April.  Has anyone used a company to supply and fit shower screens - we have just discovered these are not included. 

Looking forward to meeting some of our new neighbours in April!
