Hi, we're a friendly group on Sierra Golf and I'm sure you'll enjoy your home here, I know I do. With regards to a shop who knows.... If it happens it happens. 

On a plus note pool bars all set to open, three bars and not many people, there's going to be some serious advertising/ promoting going on to get others to visit SG, should be good for residents though!

I understand your frustration, however not everyone looks at eye on Spain's.. Why not try a notice on your gate then the dog owner will see it.

The dog barking is almost non-existent and now the school holidays are here bigger children are more of a nuisance (and even they are okay). Please don't let this get blown out of all proportion.
