Hi Everyone

I dont know if anyone has been to san juan recently but I was there last week, and to my horrer  I found that one of the villas was being lived in, so when I got home I contacted my solicitor to find out why, and to my utmost discust this is the reply I got.

Dear Bridget:

 

There is only one plot which is being used, it is nº12.

 

The owner of that Plot is the person that originally placed the first embargo upon Prolacon properties (which was cancelled in December 2006). It seems that one of the conditions of the removal of the embargos was to give the property as part of the payment of the money claimed.

 

Please understand that we cannot contro all the things that Prolacon did with his spare properties in the past and that what is it important is to resolve the current situation ASAP and get the properties ourselves.

I have asked the solicitor if they have been given a license to live in the property then surley so can others!!!

I am waiting for his reply!!!

If anyone has a comment on this I would be interested to hear it.

Hi Does any one now anything at all about what is going on at Pozo.

I have some freinds who are buying there and are in the dark as to what is going on.

They have heard that some people are trying to get there money back but as all builds in spain all that will do is push the builder into going bankrupt as they have heard he has done before.

If anyone has got any up to date information  that will help I am sure they would appreciate it

Hi Everyone

I am also a buyer of monte san Juan. I have just had an email from my solicitor Victor martinez from Vera.

He has told me that to get the embargos removed and the villas finished all Buyers will be asked to pay an extra 6000 or 9000 Euros on top.

I have told my solicitor NO Way, we should be compensated for the builder being in breech of his contract by 17 months. I will however release that money from the final figure to get this sorted but even then we will need some sort of garaunte that he wont just take the extra money and still do nothing.

It would be good to have some feed back on this or if someone has a alternative solution for us to get this sorted SOON...
