Anyone interested in joing a group of us to look at ways in which we can make the developer comply with its obligations to finish off the roads, install street lighting etc. We have obtained a copy of an inspection report by the Town Hall  highlighting a number of measures that the developer was required to complete prior to acceptance of teh community by the Town Hall. None of these have been undertaken. As we undertsand it the Town hall has a responsibility to enforce these or complete the works itself  recharging the developer and using the bond that the developer has deposited. The Town hall is levying astronomical IBI (rates) but we have no faclilities. This cannot be right!

Has anyone any update as to when the general community is to be established for La resina. At present there is no security and no street lighting. I was told that this would be sorted when the community is established. Properties are being sold  as being part of a secure fully gated complex with 24 hours security and cameras. This isn't the case at the moment.
