I agree and have no doubt this is going to be the best resort in the area. It will however take time as it is still being built.

I was over last about 3 weeks ago and the development is coming on, I guess when the Spanish Village is complete bars and restaurants will appear. Also the opening of the Clubhouse will be a big step forward in October I believe.

Those in for a quick "flip" of an investment may be worried but those in for long term should have secured themselves an excellent buy. I look forward to getting back out to HDA towards the end of this month.

I'm not sure if things have changed recently but when I was over about 3 weeks ago I talked to the lady in the golf office about memberships and golf shares etc. She told me that only 60 golf shares were currently sold (out of 1000 I think). In addition they were offering annual memberships (from memory approx 2400 euro).
