Hi, this is Boe from Ireland. Hello to all. I know it is frustrating. The insurance company was suppose to pay out

in December and than in February. This is the last I have on e-mail.  It seems to go on and on. If you like contact

my lawyer and see if there is some help out there for you as well, Aurora is in contact with the lawyer of the Insurance Company. Hope the best.

this is Boe. I have changed my Lawyer from LOS to another one in Marbella.

Was recommended by my Lawyer in Ireland.

My new Lawyer has been working with me for a while on the issue of Lar Sol.

We have had no answer from Lar Sol or the Insurance Company so far.

I even have been in person in Madrid, trying to talk directly with them.

No prositive respond. We are going to court now in Madrid.

If anybody wants to hang on, talk to my Lawyer, you can get the contact

First of all, thank you for all the information Carlos.
I rang the office in Estepona today (04.06.08) , and was told 
the office will be closed for a while.
I was not aware that the developer Lar Sol had this serious problems.
I am under shock.
Bought off plan October 2005 and had headache since.
Does anybody have ideas how to proceed with the matter?
Please let me know..........
