Not sure if it is too late. We absolutely love the place and are so happy to have a place in paradise. We went up and down the coast many times but always ended up returning to roda.

Can absolutely recommend the place

Thx for the input.

It turned out that the drain hose was blocked and the condensated Water could not be removed causing it to stay in the air con and smell bad.

Thx, yes we have the pre installed air con. We are on the top floor. How Can i check for birds ? From the roof or from the bathroom ?

We have an apartment here at roda which we only use 3 month during a full year.

Everytime we turn on the air con it smells like rotten egg :-(
We have tried air con disinfection spray which helps for a few hours....

Anyone with similar problems and a good solution ?
I guess it needs a proper cleaning.
