as far as I know we are plaintiffs and the banks requested our presance in court for questioning at a pretrial hearing

Is there anyone out ther fighting the banks over bank guarantees that have been summond to court by the judge to be questioned by the banks? It makes it sound like we are the ones in the wrong not the banks.Any information would be apparaciated.

I have been told that if you glaze in your terrace you need planing permision and it changes your rateable vallue as it is considered an extra room!! Anyone know if this is true.

"I wonder if the people on Sierra Golf know that in Balsicas they have recycle bins for cardboard paper (blue & grey bins) Glass bottels (green bins) Plastic bottels cans & drink cartons (Yellow bin).If people can bring these contaners in full from the shops it cant be too much bother to take the empty ones to the recycle bins and save filling the skip up so quickley. "
