hi all

Looks like all the air con external boxes will be positioned on the top floor as all the services have been preinstalled all terminating at roof level. How the devil people are going to get access to their unit for servicing/repairs I don't know,  as I can not see the penhouse owners  being happy at allowing access

the penthouse owner may not see the units but I will guarantee 1 thing that he will hear them!

I know this from experience as I deal with them in the industry  I work.

Thanks for the air con info, but you mention that the units for the appartment req to be fitted on top of the building

What does that mean for the occupier of the ground floor and 1st floor resident, because the occupier of the penthouse has his own roof area which is private?
