I have been led to believe that a number of purchasers on this development used Ross Legal Services.  We are currently with Gonzalo Ros and looking to obtain our deposit back on another development in the area.  We are about to go to court but have now been contacted by another solicitor who posts regularly on EOS and her legal advice is very different.  We are now in a quandary about how to proceed and whose advice to trust.  (Gonzalo Ros is our second solicitor having already wasted couple of years and a lot of money on some previous duff legal representation - we simply can't afford to get it worng again)

Any experiences that anyone would be willing to share with us would be welcome.  We would be particularly keen to hear if anyone has had any success in getting money back!

Does anyone have any experience of Gonzalo Ros or Ross Legal Servcies or have you used them to represent you in a court action?  If so would you mind sharing your expereince with me.  Like so many others on this site I have had bad legal advice and now don't know who to trust.

Has anyone any experience of the services offered by Gonzalo Ros of Ross Legal Services?  Has anyone used then to take legal action?  If so would you be willing to share your experience? 

I was contacted again late yesterday afternoon by Maureen this time.  She was trying to push me to register my claim against Aldea with them for 200 euros advising me that I had to act immediately or loose my chance of taking Aldea to court. We are no longer using Aldea.   I am now even more convenced that these people have something to do with Parador.  Only three contracts have any knowledge of my previous association with Aldea.  My current solicitor who is hardly going to suggest I take my business elsewhere, Aldea who are not going to be suggesting I make a claim against them and Parador who got me involved with them in the first place.  There is also a thread on this site about Global Property Resolutions - very close name - who seem to be offering a similar set up so I also wonder if they are in fact the same .......
