Oh dear that dosnt sound good at all,,I have messaged Jill on face book to let her know you are wanting to speak with her and also told her to look on here,I know she is in the uk at the minute but I think she goes home today. It really is very disappointing,I myself finished my apartment and when the key holder Carol went in to check I had black mould on one wall I now have a big hole cut into the wall with no idea where it's coming from, they think it's coming from under the floor( we are on the ground) Jill herself has had a major flood, the people above didn't have their shower connected and all the water was heading below into Jill's when Jill's daughter arrived last week everything soaked . Carol our key holder has been great as have resortalia but very very slow,I dread to think what I'm going back to , also several others affected in different ways . Have you been affected at all your self?

We have a president her name is Jill she lives in 2670a I will look for her email, sorry to hear of your problems but at the minute we are having major problems of our own,mainly water leaks and black mouldy walls,showers not connected,toilets not connected. Nightmare. What problem are you having, :(
