We are owners at MCC and our advice to you is clear 'don't be dragged into the nightmare'. Unless of course you don't mind paying overpriced electric & overpriced water. Water cuts all summer, sometimes for days at a time. When there isnt water cuts during the summer you have restricted water supply ie, you only get water between certain times of the day. It reminds us of a 2nd world country. Nowhere else in the region suffer like the residents of MCC.

We wished we hadn't bought there. We have been conned, its a depressing place. People can't afford to keep their homes warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

If you buy at MCC make sure its one with Iberdrola connection and a habitation certificate.

It is going to be years before that place is anything like it should have been years ago. All the owners have paid well over the top for homes on a dead development.
