My friend is buying a property that been sold before, but its 7 years old its a bank owned property on a PolarisWorld Resort in Murcia, would this property have any debts on it for things like IBI, Utilities etc she has asked the solicitor this question as yet no repl.

Right i am buying a property i was going to have it just in my, as we have a couple of properties in the uk in her name, she would be in my will in spain if i die, put will she get hammered for tax if i died, or should i just put her on the deeds, would my life be simpler to have her on the deeds, pros & cons.

On the Altamira web site it shows what looks like hundreds of properties for sale the picture are showing Los Olives apartments but i think the address are Oasis properties, i have emailed Altamira but i have hade no reply, Has any body bought a Los Olives property for around 50.000 euros like the web site says,
